It's fairly easy to set up your blogging software (Microsoft Word or whatever) to use the blog API to publish blogs to SustainableFocus.org.  First a few technical details: The blog API module supports several XML-RPC based blogging APIs such as the Blogger API (outdated) (new Blogger Data API, MetaWeblog API, and most of the Movable Type API.

To set up your blogging software, simply set up an account within the software with the following entries:

API:  MetaWeblog (or one of the other options listed above)

Blog Post URL: http://sustainablefocus.org/xmlrpc.php

User Name: {your user name for SustainableFocus.org}

Password: {your password for SustainableFocus.org)

Under Picture Options (Microsoft Word) select "My blog provider."

That's it!  When you "publish" the blog from your software, it will automatically be uploaded to SustainableFocus as your latest blog entry.

NOTE:  In order to enable image display or advanced HTML formating, you will need to open the published blog post, select the edit tab, and enable "Full HTML" under the Input Format selections.
